If your order arrives damaged, defective, or noticeably mismatched, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the unboxing.
Complimentary Pickup & Exchange
Upon verification, we will arrange a complimentary courier reverse pickup from your doorstep and promptly dispatch a pristine replacement or issue an exchange.
Full Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business days of parcel receipt at our atelier.
Customized & Stitched Items
Blouses stitched to custom body measurements, customized falls, or personalized tailoring cannot be returned, but we provide complimentary alteration assistance.
